Bag returns — 30 days
Request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your bag.
Change-of-mind returns
For our voluntary 30-day change-of-mind returns, the bag must be unused, without signs of wear, and returned with its tags and included accessories. Please retain the original packaging where possible. These conditions do not restrict your statutory rights.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping when you change your mind. We cover necessary shipping costs for an incorrect item, damage on arrival, or a confirmed quality fault.
How to request a return
Email us with your order number to request a return and receive instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending the bag back: our office address is not the returns warehouse.
Refunds
Eligible refunds go back to your original payment method after the returned bag is received and checked, subject to applicable statutory refund deadlines. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
Your statutory rights, including any applicable 14-day withdrawal right and rights relating to faulty goods, are not affected by this voluntary policy. Legally permitted inspection remains allowed.
12-month bag warranty
Your bag has a 12-month limited commercial warranty from the date you receive it.
What is covered
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use, including confirmed defects in stitching, zips, clasps and strap attachment points.
How we help
For a confirmed covered defect, we cover necessary shipping costs and provide a free repair or replacement. If the problem cannot reasonably be resolved, we will handle a refund in accordance with applicable law.
What is excluded
Damage caused by normal wear, accidental scratches, overloading, improper cleaning or unauthorised alterations is excluded from this commercial warranty.
Premature peeling, cracking or delamination of PU material during normal use will be assessed as a possible quality defect and will not automatically be treated as normal wear.
How to make a claim
Email us with your order information and photos of the problem so we can assess your claim and provide instructions.
This commercial warranty does not limit your statutory rights. Where EU consumer rules apply, your minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty or non-conforming goods remains available, together with any longer protection under applicable national law.
