We encourage you to review your delivery to ensure that it matches your order. If there's any discrepancy or if you have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact a.b.art Watches. We're here to help.

Return Conditions

We want you to be completely satisfied with your a.b.art purchase.
If your watch does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and suitable for resale.
  • Products should be sent back in their original packaging.
  • Just like trying on an item in a physical store, brief try-on is allowed, but please do not wear the watch for extended periods if you plan to return it.

Refund Policy

Before proceeding with your return, please get in touch with us via email to receive the return address and contact person information. Please note that the return address is not our company address, a.b.art does not keep any stock in the office. So do not send your package directly to our office. We regret to inform you that for returns not due to damaged items, incorrect items, or quality issues, A.B.ART WATCHES cannot cover the shipping and customs costs for the returned package. These charges will need to be borne by the buyer. Upon receipt and scrutiny of the returned package, we will promptly issue a refund if it passes inspection. This process is typically completed within 3 business days after we receive the returned package.


Considering a switch to a different product? I understand that you may want to exchange an item, but regretfully, we're not able to offer exchanges at this time. However, if you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you're welcome to return the items that didn't meet your expectations and place a new order for the products you'd prefer. It's important to us that you're happy with your purchases!
